Who processes data for us

International transfers

Several of these providers are in, or use sub-processors in, the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US "data bridge" for certified companies) or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses / the IDTA, as offered by each provider.

Email hello@agentscanr.com. We'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113.

Visitors from the EU

We're based in the UK. If we start offering services to people in the EU or monitoring their behaviour, we'll appoint an EU representative under Article 27 EU GDPR and list them here.
