Report an issue

Email hello@agentscanr.com with a subject line that starts with Report:, and include:

1. The page URL.
2. What's wrong: a factual error, outdated pricing, an unlabelled ad, copyright or trade mark concern, personal data, defamatory or unlawful content, an accessibility problem, or a complaint.
3. Evidence or the correct information (for example an official link).
4. For copyright or trade mark claims: the work or mark concerned, and confirmation that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner.

What happens next

• We acknowledge reports within 2 working days.
• Clear factual errors are corrected, and the page is re-dated.
• Content that's plausibly unlawful or infringing, or that contains personal data, is taken down while we review it.
• We tell you the outcome, normally within 10 working days. Scores aren't changed on request: a re-test can be requested, and the result follows the methodology.
• Privacy complaints that we can't resolve can go to the ICO. Advertising complaints can go to the ASA.
